Garlic oil is light yellow liquid, has the strong smell of garlic, insoluble in water, partially soluble in ethanol. Though the main ingredients in garlic oil fall into sulfide compounds, the chemical property is stable. In the acid environment it can resist above 120 high temperature and it’s difficult to decompose, but the long-term exposure to ultraviolet light may induce decomposition. Ingredients and contents: Diallyl disulfide and Diallyl trisulfide, total content≥98%
